Did I Sign Up For This?

When you became a Christian were you aware of what you were signing up for? God has made us many promises. Eternal life, persecution, His never ending love, forgiveness of all our sins, His presence in us, broken hearts, tough decisions, etc. Why is it we are taken back when the chickens come home to roost? Why do we so easily set back when "bad things" come our way? Nothing in this life takes place without God's permission. Sometimes our decisions have a much greater effect on those around us than on us. Good or bad.

But one day, as a Christian, we will spend eternity in heavenly places with Jesus. The day we die will be greatest day of our lives. That day we "step into" glory!
