Enemy or Adversary ???

Is Satan our enemy or our adversary? What is the difference? Is he an angel? He has been described as "the prince of this world" and the "prince of the power of the air". How did he get this "titles"? Princes aren't kings. Are we as good at deception as he is? Our greatest deception is when we are "self deceived".
