When Did Jesus Know The Mystery?

Jesus was 100% God and 100% man. How did this work? Why did he not know everything His Father knew? Is there a reason He prayed so much? What was He thinking when He said, "The kingdom of heaven is at hand"? When did Jesus know the Mystery He taught Apostle Paul?
