Denominational Divide

There is lots of division in Christianity. Where did it come from? How did it happen? There are 200+ Christian denominations but only one Body of Christ. What will happen to these denominations in Heaven? What will happen to all the different doctrines in Heaven? Does it all boil down to 1 Corinthians 2:1-2?
