My Gospel

Paul refers to the gospel he preaches as "his gospel". Did he have a different gospel than the 12 Apostles? Jesus revealed to him a gospel for the gentiles in his 3 years in the Arabian desert. Why did he refer to the gospel he preached as "my gospel"?
